Interactive Map of BL Facilities

The always-interesting AROnline web site has recently posted a Google map of the various factories operated by British Leyland.  Created by Jonathan Barber, the map is an ongoing work in progress with updates made frequently. 

The map lists in detail the factories that churned out radiators, bodies and so on, as wells as the more well known final assembly plants. Many of the pins on the map offer detailed information about the site such as the plant's original purpose and when it closed. In addition to the many plants in the UK, the Continental European factories are also located.
